Private yoga is an excellent way to take your practice to the next level. Kelly combines various trainings in Vinyasa, Hatha, Passive Stretching and Restorative Yoga to create a unique yoga blend that fully supports any level of personal practice. Her strong and supportive adjustments allow students to go deeper into each pose and get the true benefits that yoga can offer. Aromatherapy and massage are ever present in each private session to give each student the highest form of care.

Private Yoga can be scheduled in the privacy of your own home, office or alternative location. One-on-one and small group privates are welcome for your convenience. Kelly offers private yoga instruction out of New York City, but sessions can be booked in various other locations as well.
